Pom Pom Hat

I received my embroidered Pom Pom hat recently. Jodie was incredibly helpful throughout the order and proof process and I felt that the team really cared.
Now that I have received it I am overjoyed at the likeness and how well it has turned out - it means so much that I can now wear a product with my special horse on.
I also received a lovely copy of the photo I sent in to use which is a lovely gesture and means a lot. It’s one that I shall treasure.
